#4: Bidding Farewells

In the past four weeks, I have greeted farewell four times, each one quite different. Although most goodbyes are quite sad, here's some positives that I found and a brief recount of my several situations. The first goodbye I said was to my dear rabbit, Charcoal. She was a black rabbit [hence the name!] whom we adopted from my sister's friend about four or five years ago; along with her sister Midnight, who's also black. My family and I have had more than four furry beings now and although they say "a dog is a man's best friend", these precious fellas have been my family's best friends. Though we have been in this position several times, it still stings me knowing another of my beloveds [is that a word?] has disappeared from our home. This type of farewell, whether to a pet or person, is the hardest as you realise that you can never cuddle them again in their healthy form. Nevertheless, I will always remember how lovely she was to look after from the d

#3: Detective kinda day

I don't really know what to call this blog post without sounding too offensive or anything but I just want to write a brief post on something I found out today and how I "became a detective"? [it's currently 11.48pm as I write this so sorry if this doesn't make any sense or whatnot but it's been a tiring day for me.] This morning when I woke up, I was scrolling through my instagram and one of the photos on my feed was an old photo from a YouTube fan account, of Sam Pepper with Jack and Finn Harries from Jacksgap. The caption said that Sam had taken down his instagram account as well as his Facebook page. As  a massive YouTube addict, I couldn't resist googling and youtubing this to find out more; I soon discovered a huge dispute about his most recent series of videos called "Fake Hand Ass Pinch Prank". And after further research I soon discovered what kind of man this Sam Pepper man actually is. I have never really been a massive fan of Sam P

#2: Back to school

September. End of summer holidays. Shorter days, longer nights. Back to school. Yes here in the UK, September marks the start of school, yay(!) During my comfort under the shy British sun, i've been dreading this day to come but surprisingly, as the month drew to an end, I was growing in excitement. Maybe this was because I basically have no social life beyond the internet world so I became bored or maybe I was excited for the early mornings and tiresome days! Nevertheless I didn't want to shoo-away my enthusiasm. Tuesday the 2nd:- Kindly woken up nice and early by One Direction's 'Same mistakes' from my cousin's alarm, I dragged myself from the comfort of my cosy cocoon and got up as I knew it would do no good lazing around until after noon, like the rest of my holiday.Yet again I just did pointless things for the sake of it as I had no aim and no 'to-dos' for today. It was around 4pm when I discovered the published timetable of mine online and this

#1: I started blogging!

Hey, Hayz here! Haha, how I love saying that phrase.. So before I continue (and lose myself),  welcome to my first post of my first blog! Now I think I ought to introduce myself :) 1. My name's Haynam - but I have too many variations of nicknames, such as 'Nam' and 'Haynie', that I just pretty much reply to anything similar 2. I'm a young girl living in London with my sister, mum and dad 3. Some of my passions and interests include going on my phone or laptop (depending on what's more handy to reach for), dancing (though i'm really not that good), eating (I mean i'm the queen of snacking) and all things musical (including the piano - well i'm asian what do you expect? aha). Now onto the proper stuff like 'Why did I decide to start a blog?', 'Why is it called "One Day.."?' and 'What sort of content will I post?' To be honest, I'm not entirely sure why I wanted to start blogging. I suppose it's just the ex
